Another Step...
About an hour ago, President Obama signed the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Act, with Ryan's mother, Jean, looking on. He also announced that he is lifting the 22 year old HIV Travel and Immigration ban. Congratulations!
At last some action to follow the 'hope'.
