This is one my favourite memes. Why? Because of the element of creativity. It sounds complicated, but really it's not. Just look at my examples....
Step One: Go to the Random Wiki article page. The first article title on the page is the name of your band.
Step Two: Go to this quotations page. The last 4 words of the very last quote is the title of your album.
Step Three: The third picture on this Flickr page, no matter what it is, is your album cover.
Step Four: Put it all together.
