Where The HELLywood?

I received an email in the wee hours:

"So, I hadn't visited my favorite celebrity slasher site in a long time. I thought, what's been going on...um...Where did HELLywood go? It was such a fun site to visit!! You guys slayed the celebrities but in a way that was so different than the others (ie dListed, perezhilton, WWTDD etc).... those guys were deliberately rude. The HELLywood crew was mean, BUT unlike Perez Hilton, never pretended to be anything but honest. Will HELLywood come back??"

Oh, sure...NOW you express your love.

Well, while those of you who visited HELLywood were plentiful, a crew of 13 or so demons (yours truly included) couldn't keep the site up. That's the problem when your fallen angels are busy angels.

I'll be sure to pass this on to the head demon-in-charge... and you never know...maybe HELLywood will rise from the ashes....but I wouldn't count on it! xo

Crazy.

The Lisp didn't just start off as a blog of infrequent posts of hot guys, their asses, music and ... hmm... I guess that's all I've been showing lately.

The Lisp used to be about a lot of different things -- including hot guys and their asses. There was a lot of politic to discuss. There were television shows to dissect or just plain old eviscerate. I used to actually WRITE about stuff.

Lately, it's just hot guys and their asses.

So, in the spirit of what The Lisp is about, or was about, I want to direct your attention to a new blog which is a great read, and for some readers, will resonate a little closer to home.

One Step At A Time is an online journal of a newly out of the closet (like, 6 months ago new) middle aged father of two, from Vancouver. Obviously, we've not all walked in his shoes, but no doubt we know someone who has. Regardless of the differences in our life experiences we are all in this journey together.
