Lance Weyer won the title of Mr Gay South Africa 2011 this past December, and is one of the youngest city councillors in Buffalo City.
I think it's pretty easy to see how this gorgeous 24 year old snatched that Mr. GSA title! Someone get a message to Lance for me: BAN THE RAZOR!
Buffalo NY? Or is there a Buffalo City South Africa? Either way, clearly whatever they're doing...they're raising 'em right down there. Sheesh.
